1. What cookies we use
Velanomi (https://velanomi.com) uses cookies and similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, to run the Service and, with your consent, to understand usage and show relevant ads. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. We group the cookies and technologies we use into three categories, described below.
2. Essential cookies
These are required for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They include cookies for login sessions, checkout via Stripe, security (including Cloudflare's bot and abuse protection), and remembering your cookie preferences. Essential cookies are set without asking for consent, as permitted by law when strictly necessary to provide a service you requested.

3. Measurement cookies (first party)
We measure how Velanomi is used — which pages and quiz steps are reached, how the checkout flow performs and which ad campaign a visit came from — with our own first-party identifiers only: the nv visitor id above and a short session id ns (30 minutes). No analytics provider receives this data; it stays on our server. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and improving the Service; you can object at any time by emailing [email protected] or by clearing this site's cookies, and the data is deleted after 13 months.
4. Marketing cookies
We use the Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and, if you consent, to show you relevant ads on Meta and TikTok platforms. These cookies and pixels are only activated after you give consent, and they may involve transferring data to Meta and TikTok as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Consent
When you first visit https://velanomi.com, you will see a cookie banner where you can accept all cookies or keep essential cookies only. In the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland we only activate marketing cookies and pixels (and the matching server-side conversion sending described in our Privacy Policy) after you accept, in line with GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive. Elsewhere they may be active by default and you can opt out at any time via the banner or the "Change cookie preferences" button on this page; opting out also stops the server-side sending. Your choice is stored in your browser (local storage and an nv_consent cookie).
6. How to change your preferences
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the button below, or by clearing cookies for this site in your browser settings, which will show the consent banner again on your next visit.
7. Third-party cookies
Some cookies described above are set by third parties acting on our instructions or, in the case of marketing pixels, by Meta and TikTok directly once you consent. These third parties may also use the information collected for their own purposes, as described in their respective privacy policies.
